Blouson top which is a fabric overlay with wide butterfly split sleeves and a very low scoop neckline. Set in waist with narrow cord belt and the skirt is semi full. Closes in the back with a long zipper. No label and it maybe hand tailored. Excellent condition, freshly cleaned and ready to wear. No size is indicated so please check
