Elastic waist with an added drawstring. 100% polyester, has stretch. No label. Not lined. The rise comes up to an inch or two below the navel on most. Condition Very good vintage condition. The elastic is not as stretchy as it used to be and it is sewn in, so I added a drawstring to the waist. Suggested Modern Size Women's borderline Medium Large. (Always check measurements below and
