The dress has puffed sleeves with elastic, trimmed in lace. There is also white lace trim on the neckline. The dress has a full skirt with an attached white net petticoat. It is tagged as a size 3. Measurements: 32" bust, 26" waist, 46" shoulder to hem. The skirt flares out to 110" around.
