I believe this dress is handmade as there are no tags or labels. The print is to die for! I'll include the belt if you want it! NOTED FLAWS: Has two small white bleached spots as pointed out in the photos. MEASURMENTS: Vintage sizing can tricky as the size listed on the tag of a vintage garment does not always reflect the actual size by todays standards,
