Buttons up the center front with six hidden metal wreath and star buttons plus one button at the collar. One button sleeve cuffs. DESIGNER LABEL: 100% Cotton Tagged a size 48. These are made to be worn slightly loose. Based on the waist measurements these would best fit a size XL. Measurements are taken while laying flat.
