80's Black Crushed Velvet Long Skirt mcm cheongsam shoulder seam - 3An ankle length skirt with elastic waist, blocked on the top half with crushed black velvet and on the bottom with a patchwork of red plaid and repeat of the velvet. The fabric is cotton and rayon. It's sized a Petite Small and measures 24" to 28" around the waist and the length is 36". Excellent condition. Hand or gentle machine wash. Size Small. Catalog # 6251
