90’s Black with Bright Multicolor Floral Tea Length Sheath Dress by Mary McFadden dress with bustle Chest 40''Pretty floral 90s chiffon maxi dress by Mary McFadden. Fabric is polyester sheer chiffon with a print of large tropical flowers, including red hibiscus. Colors are: blue, red, pink yellow, orange and green on a black background. Lined with black polyester, except for the sleeves. Dress has a V neck and pin tuck pleats on the bodice connecting to an inverted V shaped empire waist. Sweet flutter sleeves are open down the center and trimmed in black
