Top half (bust area) of the dress is not sheer, but bottom skirt is. Fabric does have a bit of stretch in the bust area due to its spandex lining, the bottom of the dress does not stretch at all. Can possibly fit a large to an xl. There is no tag size. Measurements are approximations, please compare to your actual size. Bust: 21 22
